What a mobile makeup artist Sydney booking includes
Skin prep and makeup, hair if you’ve chosen it, and a touch-up kit to take with you. For groups, allow roughly 45 minutes a person, and tell me the time you need to be ready by rather than the time you’d like to start — I work backwards from it.
If your date isn’t showing
Weddings need seven days’ notice and event work needs 72 hours, so anything sooner won’t appear here. A date further out that looks full may still be workable — send it through and I’ll tell you honestly. If you’re still deciding, have a look at bridal packages or glam and events first.
What the deposit does
A holding deposit secures the time while I confirm the booking. It is not a payment for the service — the balance is settled closer to the day — and it is what stops the slot being taken by someone else while we are still talking.
Changing or cancelling
Dates can be moved where the calendar allows it; ask rather than rebooking from scratch. Deposits are not refundable within seven days of the appointment, which is on the terms above the service list so there are no surprises.

After you send the request
The time is held the moment the deposit goes through, and I confirm personally rather than by automatic email. If anything about the request does not work — the travel between two bookings, an early start that needs a different call time — I will come back with the nearest option that does.
The deposit comes off the final amount. The balance is settled on the day. Rescheduling is free with more than seven days notice and the deposit moves with you.
How to prep before the appointment
Come with clean, dry hair unless we have agreed otherwise, and skip heavy oils or leave-in product on the day. For makeup, moisturise and let it settle; anything more is unnecessary.
If you are booking in-studio, there is parking on the street and the entrance is signed. If I am coming to you, a spot near a window with a power point within reach is all I need. Let me know if there are stairs or a long carry from the parking, since that changes how early I arrive.
If the service you want is not in the list, use the enquiry form instead. The live calendar covers the standard services at their standard durations; anything custom — a full bridal party, a multi-look shoot, an event running across several hours — needs a timing built by hand rather than picked from a menu.
Whatever the calendar shows is genuinely free. It reads from the same diary I work from and accounts for travel between bookings, so an open slot is actually open rather than a request that has to be checked afterwards.
